JAMES C. LANDIS
President/Chief Executive Officer
As the leader of Landis’ senior management team, Jim Landis has had direct responsibility for over 700 successful projects at Landis. These projects have a total cumulative construction cost in excess of over $2 billion dollars.
Mr. Landis has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning in 1969 working for the company under the leadership of his father and founder Fred Landis. The combination of his management and construction expertise is truly an asset to Landis success.

JAMES M. LEWIS
Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lewis has been employed with Landis since 1973 working for Landis Construction, Inc. He has progressed in his professional career within the company beginning as an Estimator to Project Manager to Chief Estimator and now Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. Jim has been instrumental in the firm’s fostering of long standing relationships with industry leaders.

GEORGE W. VOSS
Vice President, Preconstruction
Mr. Voss has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry beginning in 1969 working with his father’s general contracting firm, Frank C. Voss Co., Inc. His career expanded from office clerk to Estimator and Project Manager and finally Vice President of Preconstruction of Landis Construction Co, LLC. In his management position with major construction companies in the New Orleans area, George has been responsible for several hundred successful projects. His knowledge of estimating and project management is a tremendous asset to the company.

Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Generes has worked in the construction industry since 2001. Christian began his career at Landis as a member of the Estimating staff before being promoted to Assistant Project Manager. His experience in estimating and knowledge of project management enhances his ability to be able to assist with every phase of a project, from preconstruction to completion. Christian currently assists the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in all aspects of Business Development including lead development, preconstruction budgeting, estimating, value engineering and contract negotiations.
