Landis performed extensive renovations of the existing University Hospital following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. At St. Charles Parish Hospital, Landis built an addition to the existing hospital. Each floor of the addition has a particular focus. The first floor is multi-faceted and houses the Cardiology Rehabilitation Center, the Courtyard Café, the Chapel, the Outpatient Dialysis Unit, a Medical Office Suite, and the relocated and expanded Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Ochsner Baptist Medical Center contracted with Landis to renovate and repair their newly acquired medical center into an Imaging Center. This new center included a medley of both relocated and new equipment.
