This brand new raised, two story office building consists of 15,000 square feet of offices, conference rooms, a training/break room, an exercise room, a chapel, and a play/relax room with the first floor being used for parking. The scope of work included: driving piles for the new foundation; setting precast columns, beams and “double T” panels for the first floor; installation of structural steel columns and beams/trusses for the second floor; and a mechanically applied TPO-membrane roof, with eight rooftop air-handling units.

 
The interior finishes include eight foot high, custom stained, solid-core wood doors, custom wood cabinets, and a continuous wrap-around curtain wall system that ensures almost every employee has a window. In addition, the second floor lobby boasts a clerestory that affords the space an abundance of natural light.
