. The Youth Study Center Expansion Project is located at 1100 Milton Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112. The project consists of an approximately 37,100 sf expansion to the existing New Orleans Youth Study Center, which includes a 28 Bed Quartering Facility, Educational Facility, Expansion of Dining Services, Medical Exam Area, a Reception and Secure Visitation Area and a Recreation Yard.

The Gert Town Natatorium is located at 3411 Broadway Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70125. The building consists of 14,000 sf and was designed by HMS Architects. The Natatorium features a 6 lane, 25 yard competition pool of sufficient depth (10′) for life guard training.

Tulane University River and Coastal Project

October 6, 2016

Located at the Robin Street Wharf between the Port Authority and Mardi Gras World on the Mississippi River, the Tulane River and Coastal project consists of research laboratories, offices, and an event space. The work for the one-story, 5,800 square foot building included removing the existing warehouse structure, reinforcing remaining structures, and constructing the new space.
