The scope of work for this project consisted of complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing 13,000 square foot masonry gymnasium. Demolition of the existing structures supplying overhead gas, steam and electricty from the main building to the gym was required. The renovation included new locker rooms, showers, and HVAC equipment for the facility. Conversion of existing mechanical rooms into new restrooms and concessions was also required.
