James C. Landis
President/Chief Financial Officer
As the leader of Landis’ senior management team, Jim Landis has had direct responsibility for over 1000 successful projects. These projects have a total cumulative construction cost in excess of over a billion dollars.
Mr. Landis has many years of experience in the construction industry, beginning in 1969 working for the company under the leadership of his father and founder Fred Landis. The combination of his management and construction expertise is truly an asset to Landis success.

James M. Lewis
Executive Vice President
Jim Lewis has been employed with Landis since 1973. His professional career within the company has progressed over the years from Estimator to Project Manager to Chief Estimator to his current position as Executive Vice President. Jim has been instrumental in fostering the firm's long-standing relationships with industry leaders throughout Orleans and surrounding parishes.

Theresa L. Leger
Senior Vice President
Theresa Leger started with Landis in 1970 as an administrative assistant. Mrs. Leger has progressed in her career over the years to a Scheduler, Schedule Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager to Senior Vice President. Theresa has over 20 years experience as a Project Manager, responsible for day-to-day management of construction projects. Mrs. Leger’s project experience has included a vast amount of renovation and addition projects, as well as new construction. She is regarded as the “first choice” for any renovation project that becomes available.

George W. Voss
Vice President, Pre-Construction
Voss has many years of experience in the construction industry, beginning in 1969 working with his father’s general contracting firm, Frank C. Voss Co., Inc. His career evolved from Office Clerk to Estimator, Project Manager and finally Vice President of Preconstruction at Landis Construction Co, LLC. In his management position with major construction companies in the New Orleans area, George has been responsible for several hundred successful projects. His knowledge of estimating and project management is a tremendous asset to the company.

James B. Blitch, Jr.
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Blitch has over 35 years of construction experience and has worked for Landis since 2001. His extensive knowledge and experience as a Field Engineer, Estimator, Scheduler, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive has built a very solid foundation for his current role as Vice President. He offers a well-balanced approach to all aspects of the building process.

Craig AlphoNso
Chief Estimator
Mr. Alphonso has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, both in estimating and project management. He came to Landis in 1996 as an estimator and has now been Chief Estimator for several years. As such, he is responsible for Preconstruction budgeting and Value-Engineering of projects. Craig and his team have been responsible for securing many successful projects for Landis.

Christian Generes
Business Development
Generes has over 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Christian began his career at Landis as a member of the Estimating staff before being promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Christian currently assists the Executive Vice President in all aspects of Business Development and contract negotiations.
