The 57,000 square foot structure features a bookstore, fitness center, movie theater, four lane bowling alley, food court and common meeting areas.

This suite is a 2,500 square foot facility that can be divided into a pre-function room plus three function rooms, or used as one large ballroom.

This five-story, 73,600 square foot pavilion includes classrooms, labs, faculty offices, a large auditorium, and most notably a vivarium for testing pharmaceutical products.

The Xavier University Faculty Housing project is the first of its kind in the greater New Orleans area.

The new Iberia Bank branch located in Harvey, LA is a first-class facility that will serve customers on the westbank of Jefferson Parish.

St. Anselm Catholic Church, located in Madisonville, LA, is a growing maritime community. The building was designed to resemble a vessel or an ark. Each side or elevation of the building is boat-shaped with a sloped roofline and the walls wrap around and culminate at the highest roof area over the altar.

The renovation of the existing Isidore Newman School Performing Arts Center auditorium  includes the addition of a wing to be used as an Art Gallery.

Thomas F. Donelon Building houses the 24th Judicial District Court, Clerk of Court’s Office and Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office prisoner holding facilities. The major renovation to the facility includes 16 state-of-the art courtrooms with Judges’ chambers and support spaces.

The project consisted of complete renovation of the basement, the first floor blood bank, pharmacy and 4th floor lab area build-out.

An old taxi cab warehouse and abandoned surrounding properties were transformed in Louisiana’s first state-of-the-art media production facility and the nation’s first independent green film studio.  Located in the lower garden district of New Orleans, and overseen by the HDLC, the project consisted of a one square block renovation connecting four existing historic buildings and the construction of a new five-story building.

While keeping the exposed beams and columns, wood floors, and high ceilings that made the original building so special, Landis incorporated state of the art green elements and technological improvements to bring the building into the new millennium.

Trinity Lutheran Church is the oldest Lutheran church on the New Orleans Westbank and noted as the fourth oldest Lutheran church in the City of New Orleans.  Following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita Landis was contracted to repair the structure.

At St. Charles Parish Hospital, Landis built an addition to the existing hospital. Each floor of the addition has a particular focus.

Ochsner Baptist Medical Center contracted with Landis to renovate and repair their newly acquired medical center into an Imaging Center. This new center included a medley of both relocated and new equipment.

Project Temple Sinai Renovation consisted of 18,500 square feet of Auditorium, Congregation Areas, and Education Hall upgrades. The project included demolition, replacement of finishes and construction of new restrooms.

Landis was contracted by the Southern Yacht Club in May, 2008 to construct the new clubhouse. The original structure, located on the southshore of Lake Pontchartrain, burned down during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

This brand new raised, two story office building consists of 15,000 square feet of offices, conference rooms, a training/break room, an exercise room, a chapel, and a play/relax room with the first floor being used for parking.

Lacoste School & Field House is a new ninth grade academy that serves the students of St. Bernard Parish.  The school, built on the site of the former Lacoste Elementary, cements the district's post-hurricane commitment to have a single high school serve the needs of the entire parish.

Landis was contracted to renovated over 1,100,000 square feet of interior space on the campus in only five months without the source of power, an architect or as-built drawings.

The Grand Isle Restaurant was built in an existing shell space across from the Harrah’s Casino Parking Garage on Convention Center Boulevard at the corner of Lafayette Street and Fulton Street.

Located on Carrollton Avenue and Plum Street, the new one story branch of Whitney National Bank was designed to blend into its historic surroundings.

The renovation of Lusher Charter School Community Resource Center included new locker rooms, showers, and HVAC equipment for the facility.

The Red Fish Grill project consisted of the complete removal and replacement of the first floor slab to facilitate stained etched concrete flooring.

Renovations of LSUHSC Dental School.

Ralph's Restaurant houses three private dining rooms, a balcony which overlooks historic City Park, office and storage areas, a liquor room and a fully insulated, temperature controlled wine room.

Complete renovations on the Sheraton New Orleans consisted of the hotel lobby and motor court spaces, the addition of approximately 5,000 square feet of second floor ballroom space.

The Phase II expansion of the Aquarium of the Americas added approximately  22,000 square feet to the operating aquarium space.

Bruno & Bruno Law Firm project included was the creation of ground floor parking, refurbishment of windows, new roofing and all new mechanical and electrical systems.

Renovations consisted of the complete adaptive reuse of the original 5-story Newcomb College of Arts Building.

The newly renovated building boasts a soundproof floating ceiling and custom fabricated finished throughout the three rooms appropriately named The Parlor, Jazz Alley and Jazz Cafe’.

Harrah’s New Orleans Casino, the only land-based casino in Louisiana, is located at the foot of Canal Street on the former site of the Rivergate Convention Center.
