This project consisted of the complete renovation of two early 1900s structures, and the addition of an Art Gallery and Glass Studio.  The total square footage of this project was approximately 80,000.  The two existing buildings were originally the Newcomb College of Art and the Newcomb College Gym.  They have been refurbished and adapted to house art gallery space, a lecture hall, a 190 seat auditorium, classrooms, office space, and a metal foundry.  The old and new spaces are linked by a formally exterior, now enclosed, walkway which houses a permanent Tiffany glass window exhibit.
