Red Fish Grill
New Orleans, LA
This adaptive reuse of approximately 8,500 square feet of first floor commercial space is located in the heart of the famous French Quarter. The project consisted of the complete removal/ replacement of the first floor slab to facilitate stained etched concrete flooring in the bar and dining areas.
In keeping with the historic exterior of this Bourbon Street facade, a new wood and plaster storefront was incorporated into the design. Site constraints as well as occupied hotel space on the floors above the restaurant property added to unique qualities of this fast- tracked project.
The project was completed within schedule and under budget, which allowed for shared cost savings with the owner.
