Sheraton Hotel New Orleans Renovations

Work at the Sheraton New Orleans consisted of the complete renovation of the hotel lobby and motor court spaces, the addition of approximately 5,000 square feet of second floor ballroom space, renovation of an existing cafe and renovation of 3rd and 5th floor ballrooms, and pre-function spaces. The work also included temporary relocation of the main guest check-in area and extensive demolition to include the removal of a concrete monumental stair, existing bar, and surrounding finishes.  High quality renovation work within occupied space demanded special attention to even the smallest detail. The construction personnel of Landis met the expectations all challenges this project had to offer and exceeded the Owner’s expectations.
