This project consisted of the complete renovation of two early 1900’s structures plus the addition of a Art Gallery and Glass Studio. Renovation of the first building consisted of the complete adaptive reuse of the original 5-story Newcomb College of Arts Building which included removal and reuse of existing clay rile roof, refurbishment of existing skylight system, art gallery space, and lecture hall.
Renovation of second building consisted of the complete adaptive reuse of the original gym building to include the addition of a 190 seat auditorium, classroom and office space.
