Whitney National Bank Carrollton Branch
Located in a historic district on the corner of Carrollton Avenue and Plum Street, the new one story branch bank with a drive-thru banking facility gave customers and employees an integrated facility. Prior to construction, the walk-in and drive-up services were in two different locations.
The scope of work included phased demolition and new construction while maintaining operation of the existing temporary drive-thru and ATM facility on site. Â Phase one involved construction of the new building and 5 drive-thru lanes. Once the new drive-thru facility became substantially complete and operations could move over, phase two could begin. Phase two involved removal of the temporary drive-thru building and completion of the remaining building and site work. The site work consisted of over 40,000 square feet of paving, sidewalks, curbs, fencing, landscaping, an irrigation system, lighting, and a flagpole.
